Ms. Golm is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and Hawaii. Her areas of expertise include commercial and residential real estate transactions, title insurance, estate planning, probate, corporate and business law counsel.
Crystal holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from NSU Shepard Broad Law and received a Bachelor of Criminal Justice (BCJ) from New Mexico State University. While originally hailing from New Mexico, Ms. Golm has called Manatee County home for more than 20 years.
Prior to joining as a partner of Hamilton, Price & Marshall, P.A. in 2022, she practiced law at Golm Law Firm, P.A. the firm she founded in Bradenton in 2008. She has represented a myriad of clients in civil litigation, real estate matters and business law over the years and is passionate about serving residents and business owners in the Manatee County community.
Prior to founding Golm Law Firm, P.A., Crystal practiced in the areas of real estate and business litigation, and represented individuals, builders, and local corporations. She served as outside counsel for the Manatee County Sheriff's Office for seven years under Sheriff Brad Steube, where she handled general civil litigation, forfeiture actions as well as contract negotiations and disputes.
